The Wilkes Adult Developmental Activity Program (ADAP) provides adults with developmental disabilities opportunities to work, to access community, and to participate in recreational outings.

Wilkes Circles of Care’s mission is to end poverty in their region in their lifetime. They connect individuals seeking to escape poverty with volunteer Allies who offer support with life skills and personal growth.
